License Agreement
When you purchase Pikr, you receive a personal license to use the software on your own devices. This license is:
- Personal: For your individual use only
- Perpetual: Valid forever for the version you purchased
- Non-transferable: Cannot be resold or given to others
Permitted Use
You may:
- Install and use Pikr on multiple personal devices
- Use Pikr for both personal and commercial projects
- Keep using your purchased version indefinitely
Restrictions
You may not:
- Share your license key with others
- Redistribute, sell, or sublicense the software
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the software
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices
Updates
Your license includes free updates. We may release new versions with bug fixes, improvements, and new features at our discretion.
Disclaimer
Pikr is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted. Use at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Pikr.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Pikr after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
