Pikr is designed with privacy in mind. We collect minimal data and never sell your information to third parties.

Data We Collect

Local Data Only: Pikr stores your color history and preferences locally on your device. This data never leaves your computer.

License Validation: When you activate a license, we send your license key to our payment provider (Polar) to verify it's valid. We don't store any personal information from this process.

Update Checks: Pikr periodically checks for updates by requesting a JSON file from our servers. No personal information is transmitted during this process.

Data We Don't Collect

• We don't track your usage or behavior
• We don't collect analytics or telemetry
• We don't access your screen content (colors are picked locally)
• We don't store your colors on our servers

Third-Party Services

Payments are processed by our payment provider (Polar). We don't store your payment information. Please refer to Polar's Privacy Policy for details on how they handle payment data.

Changes to This Policy

If we make changes to this privacy policy, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
